About Us

Born and raised in Henryetta, Oklahoma, I grew up working on a cattle ranch, where I learned the value of hard work, doing things the right way, and treating people with honesty and respect.
For five years, I worked full-time for a national roofing and restoration company, traveling across the country and gaining experience in the home improvement and restoration industry. That experience taught me what it takes to deliver quality work and, just as importantly, how important it is to take care of the people you serve.
In early 2026, my dad was diagnosed with ALS. That changed my priorities and brought me back home to Henryetta so I could spend more time with my family. It also inspired me to start Wright Home Improvements—a local company built around serving our neighbors while staying close to the people who matter most.
We believe a home improvement company should be more than someone you call when you need work done. We want to be a company our community can trust, built on honest communication, quality workmanship, and treating every home like it belongs to a neighbor.
Giving back is a big part of who we are. 10% of all Wright Home Improvements profits are donated to support ALS research and awareness. Every project we complete gives us an opportunity to help improve homes in our community while contributing to the fight against ALS.

Meet Our Team
Jaxen Wright, Founder and Owner
Jaxen started his career in the roofing industry while wrestling for Oklahoma State University, spending five years working for a national company and traveling across the country. Throughout his career, he developed extensive experience in the industry and built a reputation for leadership, professionalism, and honesty. In early 2026, his father was diagnosed with ALS, bringing Jaxen back home to Henryetta to be closer to his family. Today, Jaxen is focused on building a life and career that allows him to stay close to home, spend more time with his family, and give back to the community that raised him. Outside of work, Jaxen enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and making the most of the Oklahoma lifestyle.
Randen Wright, Head of Sales
Randen works closely with homeowners throughout the roofing and home improvement process, helping them understand their options and find the right solution for their home and budget. He is known for his friendly approach, honest communication, and commitment to making the process simple and stress-free. Randen takes the time to understand each homeowner's needs and believes in providing straightforward recommendations without pressure.
